Altomed is closely monitoring the situation in relation to COVID-19. Our first priority is the well-being of our employees, customers, and business partners. At the same time, we are dedicated to ensuring continuity of supply and support for our customers.
We currently expect that we will be able to fulfil all normal customer orders and do not anticipate any disruption to our supply chains at this time. However, as the COVID-19 situation is continually evolving at a global level, this risk level may change over time. Our team is working hard to ensure any foreseeable risks are mitigated. We are also aware that other suppliers’ supply chains may face different exposures so are taking all necessary steps to ensure that Altomed is able to meet changes in normal levels of demand as a consequence.
As a general precaution, we would recommend that orders are placed in a timely fashion and that you notify us if you expect significant changes to your requirements so that we can do our best to plan for accommodate these.
Altomed will continue to monitor the situation and the impact on our supply chain and will provide updates if there is a change in risk to our customers.
