This advanced course is directed to corneal fellows or consultants who either are planning to start performing DALK or would like to improve their surgical skills.

The wet lab will take place in the training surgical room at Moorfields Education building. Human corneas will be used in this hands-on skill course to replicate conditions of real patients.

Moorfields consultants with extensive experience in corneal transplantation will provide direct coaching and supervision.

Moorfields Eye Hospital performs high volume of DALK surgeries and is currently the leading centre  in Corneal transplantation in Europe.
